Kone Construction is licensed to perform work in the following states, Florida, Louisiana, Colorado, North Carolina, Alabama, Nevada, and Mississippi. We have performed and contracted work in each of these states listed above. In addition, we have completed projects for many of the largest restaurants, hotel chains, and Zoo’s across the country such as Landry’s, Inc., Darden Restaurants, P.F. Heavy Timber Construction

Our crews have built many large and complex exposed beam/timber framed structures on a wide range of beautiful projects. From Community sized treehouses to Zoo Enclosures and attractions, we have taken great pride in our ability to produce wood structures that are signature architectural features on many of our projects.

We speacialize in Heavy Timber services, such as Zoo enclosures and attraction, Theme Parks, and Outdoor Event Centers.

Construction Remodels

We perform Remodel framing services on projects up to 10,000 sqft. Past remodels have included Hotels, Restaurants, and the Kemah Boardwalk.
